ANKARA RESIDENTIAL TOWER
Breaking away from rigid, block-like urban high-rises, this mid-rise residential architecture introduces soft, undulating floor plates that mimic organic movement. The design language emphasizes continuous horizontal bands and sweeping curvilinear balconies, creating a highly dynamic facade that balances deep transparency with structural warmth, establishing a prominent landmark within Ankara’s evolving architectural fabric.
The facade is defined by staggered, floating concrete balconies with softly rounded edges, underscored by warm, natural timber-clad soffits. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass windows maximize natural daylight while sweeping views are framed by lush, integrated balcony planters that inject vibrant biophilic elements directly into the vertical architecture.
