MINA RESIDENTIAL TOWER
Departing from rigid high-rise geometry, this interior architecture centers on Sensual Minimalism — where sharp angles yield to organic curves and human-centric proportions. The spatial flow is deliberate, establishing an understated, earthy sanctuary amid Riyadh’s urban landscape through seamless, open-plan connectivity.
Visual rhythm dictates the overhead volume: the lounge introduces a dynamic linear timber baffle ceiling for structural depth, contrasting with seamless micro-cement walls and warm cream travertine floor slabs. The master bath extends the micro-minimalist aesthetic with soft stone-textured wall tiles punctuated by a striking fluted accent wall in muted rose marble, floating stone vanities, and concealed under-cabinet halo lighting.
