The Narrative: Tactile Fluidity & Organic Zoning Departing from rigid high-rise geometry, this interior architecture centers on “Sensual Minimalism”—where sharp angles yield to organic curves and human-centric proportions. The spatial flow is deliberate, establishing an understated, earthy sanctuary amid Riyadh’s urban landscape through seamless, open-plan connectivity.
Materiality & Spatial Execution
• Architectural Planes: Visual rhythm dictates the overhead volume. The lounge introduces a dynamic linear timber baffle ceiling for structural depth, contrasting with the seamless micro-cement walls and warm cream travertine floor slabs that unify the primary gathering zones.
• Textural Layering: The palette relies heavily on tactile honesty. Matte travertine surfaces support low-slung, soft-contoured furniture upholstered in rich cream bouclé, accented by custom organic-edged wooden dining tables and minimalist, sculpted pendant fixtures.
• The Private Sanctuary: The micro-minimalist aesthetic extends seamlessly into the master bath, where soft stone-textured wall tiles are punctuated by a striking fluted accent wall in muted rose marble. Floating stone vanities, concealed under-cabinet halo lighting, and clean glass partition walk-in showers reinforce the calm, unadorned structural language.
