The Narrative: Structural Serenity This private residential architecture rejects sterile modernism in favor of layered textures and fluid geometry. The design prioritizes spatial liberation, using massive floor-to-ceiling glass envelopes to invite natural light while employing architectural screening, deep recesses, and rich material thresholds to maintain absolute residential sanctuary.
Materiality & Spatial Execution
• The Living Core: Double-height architectural volumes are grounded by a monumental, raw-textured stone cladding feature wall. This structural massing is paired with a cascading linear light installation that accentuates the vertical plane, while low-slung, soft modular seating balances the scale with immediate tactile comfort.
• The Symmetrical Sanctuary: In the private powder rooms, structural symmetry creates a dramatic focal point. Deep, curved walnut-veneer wall panels frame twin arched vanities. These niches house intricate, custom-sculpted stone bas-relief work highlighted by hidden halo illumination, contrasting sharply with the crisp geometric monochrome tile underfoot.
• Intimate Layering: The master and guest suites feature seamless architectural wall transitions, integrating flush-mount doors, fluted glass sliders, and built-in minimalist wardrobes. The neutral canvas of textured cream wall coverings is punctuated by custom-engineered metal inlays and rich terracotta velvet furniture that injects warmth into the minimal layout.
