NINI VILLA
This residential architecture project in Batumi reinterprets classical European monumentalism for a modern coastal context. Moving away from purely decorative historical pastiche, the design focuses on strict axial symmetry, deep window embrasures, and rhythmic structural massing. The resulting exterior presents a powerful, enduring silhouette that responds gracefully to changing daylight while maintaining absolute privacy for the private estate.
The primary facade is defined by a rigid grid of classical pilasters and pristine white plaster molding work, balanced by clean, dark-profiled window framing and minimalist wrought-iron balustrades. The lower level incorporates a deep, stone-framed loggia creating a soft structural transition between the landscaped gardens and the interior core, while integrated accent lighting shifts the monumental facade into a soft, illuminated sculpture at night.
