SIGNAGHI INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE
This industrial architecture project in Signaghi optimizes a high-clearance warehouse shell through calculated tectonic insertions. The design prioritizes structural integrity and precise spatial coordination, introducing a comprehensive steel mezzanine framework to maximize floor-area ratio. By exposing the industrial skeleton and treating functional circulation as a prominent graphic element, the space achieves maximum storage and operational efficiency while maintaining an uncompromised structural layout.
The vertical volume is zoned via a heavy-duty structural steel mezzanine system, supported by a precision matrix of hollow structural section (HSS) columns. Vertical movement is handled by a custom-fabricated steel utility staircase with open risers, bordered by a modular, high-visibility white safety guardrail system that wraps continuously around the mezzanine perimeter.
